IF ALLOW: Location on a map is sent to owner via email/SMS. Finder is allowed to proceed to second page.

IF DENY or LOCATION SERVICES UNAVAILABLE: PopUp window opens with "Location Unavailable/Location Services Turned Off". Finder is prompted to manually enter a location. As finder enters a location a search dropdown is displayed with matching locations to their entry. Location entered by finder is rendered into a pinpoint on a map and sent to tag owner via email/SMS. Finder is allowed to proceed to second page.
